Bio

I've been involved in human rights/equality rights issues for over 20 years, in a number of areas. I've volunteered on campaigns promoting change and awareness relating to cild poverty, homelessness and housing issues, equality rights for gay and lesbian persons, HIV and Aids, violence against women, and programs for high risk youth. I'mm continue working in these areas as long as I am able, simply because I don't believe I'd be here today if someone didn't offer me help at some pretty crucial moments in my life. They didn't have to - but they refused to write me off. And so this is the karmic wheel turning, if you will ... I don't believe in writing off people either.
